Oh yeah!

You know you're getting old when you have a little celebration because it's "only" an endometrial polyp.

I don't have cancer. At least not of the uterus. And not right now.

Ya know, that's actually a pretty damned good thing to celebrate. That comes remarkably close to "best case scenario."
