And Then. . .

The sewer backed up into the guest bathroom at 10:30 last night. Essentially, my entire bath-full of water drained down from upstairs, and finding no place to escape, bubbled up from the bottom of the guestroom toilet. When I came down from my bath, I had one inch of warm bath water standing on the bathroom floor--and seeping out under the brand new wood floor in the hallway.

Plumbers are on the way to figure out what happened.

Flooring guys are on the way to see how far the water went and hopefully save part of the floor.
